BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US MEANS YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR SALON POLICIES.

  • Appointment only

  • Please come to your appointment alone

  • We take cash and card payments

  • We have a no children policy 

  • We kindly ask if you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment

  • We understand circumstances can change and are unavoidable but we do have a cancellation and no-show policy in place to protect us, we kindly ask that you let us know if you can't make your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, this way we have enough time to offer it to someone else. If you need to rearrange your appointment for the same day we will try to accommodate, however rearranging for a different day within 24 hours of the appointment will be classed as a cancellation. If you fail to let us know within this time you will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the treatment booked, this will need to be paid before your next appointment. If you fail to let us know at all you will incur a 100% charge of the treatment booked, this no-show will go against your name for any future bookings and may result in a deposit being paid or declining any future bookings.

  • You will receive confirmation emails and reminder texts for your appointments 

  • Patch test is required for lash and brow treatments if you are a new client of ours or haven't been to us in the last 6 months 

  • We do not infill or remove other salons nail work particularly acrylic, if you have products on your nails from a previous salon please let us know, this will need to be removed prior to your booked appointment with us.

  • Please follow any aftercare given to you after your treatment 

  • We are still asking clients to wear a mask when coming into the salon
