WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR SALON POLICIES. YOU WILL FIND OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IN YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE IMPORTANT T&C'S TO HELP YOU GET THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH US.

  • Appointment only

  • We take cash and card payments

  • We have a no children policy for health and safety reasons, unless they are booked for our specific mini treatment to be accompanied by an adult for the duration

  • No pets 

  • We offer monetary value gift vouchers. These are available to pick up in the salon or an e-voucher can be arranged. Vouchers are only to be used towards treatments not retail items. 

  • We kindly ask if you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment

  • You will receive confirmation emails and 24hr reminder texts for your appointments, these notifications are paid for and provided as part of your service so please do ensure you read them carefully. We do not accept responsibility for missed appointments due to unread/misread reminders.

  • Patch tests are required for lash and brow treatments 48hrs prior to your appointment if you are a new client of ours or haven't been to us in the last 6 months 

  • We are a gel only salon. We do not offer services for acrylics nails or on gels done by another salon. Nails must be bare or previous gel removal is available for an additional cost.

  • For the safety of you and your therapist all treatments are subject to consultation, for any reason you have a contraindication we may have to decline the service until it's safe to do so.

  • ​Cancellation & No show policy - We understand circumstances can change, but we have a cancellation policy to protect us. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can't make your appointment, we are a busy salon and can offer it to someone waiting. Failing to inform us within that 24 hour period may result in a 50% charge or a 100% charge for no-shows, affecting future bookings with us.

  • Please come to your appointment on time, if you late this has a knock on effect. If you are late 10 mins + we have the right to deny your appointment 

  • To cancel an appointment please ring the salon and leave a message or facebook message us

  • We are happy to repair nails within a week. Anything reported after this will be charged accordingly

  • Please follow the aftercare given to you to get the best out of your treatment.
